Dr Tony Rotondo is a registered specialist in Prosthodontics. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Queensland in 1984 and a postgraduate residency in Prosthodontics in 1996 at the University of California, Los Angles (UCLA). Tony has specific interests in dental aesthetics, dental implants and ceramic materials. He currently practices in Brisbane and continues to teach undergraduates and postgraduates at the University of Queensland. He has been a visiting lecturer to the postgraduate program in prosthodontics at the University of Sydney and a visiting lecturer to Griffith University, School of Dentistry in Southport. Tony is a fellow of the International College of Dentists. In the past Tony has been the president of the Australian Society of Aesthetic Dentistry (Qld Branch), secretary of ANZAP (Australian and New Zealand Academy of Prosthodontists), treasurer and founding member of AOS (Australasian Osseointegration Society, Qld branch), he is part of the DSD scientific board, a silver member with in the Style Italiano group and a member of many other professional associations. Tony is a product evaluator for dental companies and presents numerous continuing educational programs nationally and internationally.

A/Prof Christopher Ho is a Specialist Prosthodontist who received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery with First Class Honours at the University of Sydney. He completed postgraduate studies in the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry in Oral Implants at the University of Sydney, a Masters of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics with Distinction from the University of London and Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics from the University of Sydney. He is Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Fellow of the International College of Dentists, Special Field Member of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in Prosthodontics, Fellow of the College of General Dentistry, Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Prosthodontists and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists. He lectures extensively on aesthetic and implant dentistry internationally. He is a visiting lecturer to the postgraduate programs at the University of Sydney, Adjunct Faculty at Tufts School of Dental Medicine (Boston), University of Puthisastra, and Kings College London, United Kingdom. He is Head of School of Postgraduate Dentistry at the Australasian College of Dental Practitioners. He is author of numerous publications, as well as Editor of the Wiley textbook “Practical Procedures in Aesthetic Dentistry” and “Practical Procedures in Implant Dentistry”.

Dr Anthony Mak graduated with multiple awards from the University of Sydney in 2002. He then went on to complete his Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants). Dr Mak is one of Australia’s most sought after speakers, especially in the field of digital and restorative dentistry. He has lectured extensively in Australia, New Zealand and across Asia; and his hands-on workshops have gained such popularity that they are almost always booked out soon after registrations open. He is also gaining great popularity on the European and US circuit. Anthony is the author of two compelling compendiums detailing direct composite and indirect ceramic restorations. The clinical photography and documentations can only be described as exceptional. He has published numerous case studies and articles for local and international dental bodies, associations and the peer reviewed Australian Dental Journal. Anthony’s interest lies in dental technologies, advances in materials and techniques; and he has a unique understanding of CAD-CAM digital dentistry. Anthony runs two practices in metropolitan Sydney, focusing on quality modern comprehensive care, including aesthetic and implant dentistry. He is also a clinical consultant and key opinion leader for several global dental companies focusing on development of new dental technologies.

Dr Faye Goodyear is an Orthodontist with a specialist practice in Toowong. She graduated from Guy’s Hospital in 1998 and then returned to complete her Masters degree in Orthodontics which she completed in 2005 prior to emigrating to Australia later that year. She also holds a honours degree in Psychology from the University of London. She is a past president of the Australian Society of Orthodontics Queensland branch and is a member of the Australian Orthodontic Society, The British Orthodontic Society and the European Orthodontic Society. She worked in the public sector for 10 years prior to taking over the sole ownership of her private practice. She has also taught Orthodontics to undergraduates at the University of Queensland. She is married with two children and in her spare time she cycles competitively.

Dr Richard Grant-Thomson graduated as a dentist from the University of Queensland in 1991 and served as a RAAF Dental Officer for eight years. In 1998, he obtained Fellowship in the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and was later awarded the Australian Periodontology Research Foundation Prize in 2001 for his publication on periodontal treatment. He completed his specialist qualification in Periodontics at the University of Queensland in 2002. Richard has held a range of academic and professional roles, including visiting specialist for the Department of Defence, visiting lecturer for the University of Queensland Dental School Postgraduate Periodontics program, and external examiner for the Griffith University Postgraduate Periodontics program. He is currently a supervisor in the University of Queensland’s Periodontics postgraduate program. With professional interests in periodontal regenerative surgery and dental implants, Richard is an ITI Fellow (International Team for Oral Implantology), a speaker for Straumann Dental Implants, and a registered specialist in periodontics. He is also an active member of the ADA, ASP, and ANZAP. Richard now maintains a full-time private practice while contributing to ongoing education and research in his field.
